UI issues in Cases Screen in IE 11 and chrome

Summary
In Internet Explorer 11, though the case type labels are not wrapped up but descriptions are chopped off.
While in Chrome browser, descriptions are intact but labels appear below the check box.

Steps to Reproduce
1) Select New application on any platform Pega 7.2.2 build
2) Select Customer Service as built on application.
3) Go to Cases screen UI.
4) Follow the same steps for both Internet Explorer and Chrome browser.
In Internet Explorer 11, though the case type labels are not wrapped up but descriptions are chopped off.
While in Chrome browser, descriptions are intact but labels appears below the check box.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Internet Explorer 11's flexbox implementation is broken becuase of which one could see the issue.
Resolution
Apply HFix-31551.
