Summary

Developers are unable populate the values for the exposed columns in the work table. The utilities “Optimize for Reporting” and “Column Population Jobs” are not appearing.

Steps to Reproduce

Right-click on a property in the developer portal. Notice that there is no option to "Optimize for Reporting".

Root Cause

This is expected behavior when the system's production level is set to a value higher than 2.

Resolution

The Property Optimizer tool and the Column Population Jobs report are not available when the production level is higher than 2. This is expected and is mentioned on the following help article:

In environments where the production level is higher than 2, you will need to use the Column Populator utility to populate a column if it’s already been exposed. This can be run via the prpcUtils script. You can find additional information here:
