Unable to access work object



User has Direct Web Access (DWA) configured to allow users to directly access work objects from an email link.

The URL created in that fragment is pointing to a different environment when a correspondence is sent. As a result, the user is unable to access the work object.

Error Messages

Not Applicable.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Configure DWA with a URL
  2. Attempt to change the URL

Root Cause

An issue in the custom application code or rules. 


Perform the following local-change:

Delete and recreate the SystemConfiguration instance by running the D_SystemConfiguration data page by flushing the existing data page.
