Unable to add attachment when correspondence content loads

Summary
Unable to add attachment when the correspondence content loads. User loads a correspondence template content (HTML) using the Property-Set Corr method. An option to add attachments displays on the same screen. After loading the correspondence template content, user adds an attachment using the Windows file picker. However, the screen with modal window hangs.

Root Cause
A property is present on the document that contains HTML with double quotes. The property is change tracked and is rendered in the ajax ct div of the upload action response. The double quotes must escape for the upload response which does not occur and fails when parsing the change track Json. The pzTrackerChanges has partial fix where double quotes escape when the preactivity is pxUploadFile. However, in this case the preactivity is different. The fix must be more generic for the responses that have a file (For example, upload file).
