Assign bugs to the User Story with status as Pending Verification or Resolved.
Root Cause
A software use or operation error.
Resolution
Here’s the explanation for the reported behavior:
The Pending-Verification status must be used when Testing is completed and approval is required from the Project or Product Owner.
In this state, the user cannot create bugs because the user moved to this stage only after the User Story is resolved and verified.
When a bug is identified and must be logged, change the stage of the User Story having a status other than Pending-Verification. Resolve and verify the bug and move the User Story to Pending Verification for approval.
