Summary
Unable to add or delete a record when using a repeat grid, with a section in a single cell, and customized Add and Delete buttons in the grid footer.

Steps to Reproduce
Create a hierarchy for the Page List and use it for nested grid actions.
Root Cause
An issue in the custom application code or rules. A customized template was used for the grid. The engine was not able to retrieve the customized template at runtime. This template was used by the Reload section on clicking a button.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Use the default template and delete the additional Reload section.
