Summary
Unable to append a row in a repeating grid if the dynamic select values are selected for the existing row.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a inline edit mode repeating grid.
- Configure multiple cascading dynamic selects in the grid.
- Actions are : On single click > Edit item, on double click > launch a local action in modal dialog.
- Fix the width of the grid.
Root Cause
The grid does not get refreshed when accessed in Firefox browser.
Resolution
Apply the below local-change:
Enable the "Refresh On Update" checkbox in the repeat grid property panel.
