Steps to Reproduce
- Create a Text Area field.
- Define a Rich Text Editor (RTE) on the Text Area field.
Root Cause
A software use or operation error.
RESOLUTION
Perform the following local-change:
- Download the color-dialog plugin from the CKEditor website.
- Install the Color dialog plugin (for more information, refer to: https://community.pega.com/knowledgebase/articles/adding-plug-ins-rich-text-editor)
