Unable to attach a file in the Attachments screen in IE 11

Summary
Unable to attach a file in the Attachments screen. This occurs when using the Internet Explorer browser.
Error Messages
This action is not allowed as it is outside the current transaction.
Steps to Reproduce
- Configure a modal dialog with pzMultiDragDropControlLocalised section. The drag and drop works and attachments submission is successful
- Reopen the modal dialog
- Delete the existing attachments
- Drag and drop a new document
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules. Transaction related exception occurs in the Internet Explorer browser if we use the pzMultiDragDropControlLocalised section for drag and drop.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Use the pzMultiDragDrop section for drag and drop.
