Unable to attach non-image files in mobile browser

Summary
When attaching content to a case in a mobile browser, the user can only attach image files.

Steps to Reproduce
- Run a case in a mobile browser.
- Add an attachment through Recent attachments.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Earlier the client's requirement (earlier) was only images. Hence, all the other options were unavailable.
Resolution
This feature is implemented in Pega Platform 8.1.8.
