Unable to authenticate CSHCMgr after CS for HC install

Summary
User have installed Pega 7.2.2 and then frameworks like HealthCare Industry Foundation (HCIF) 7.23, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) 7.22 and Customer Service for Healthcare (CSHC) 7.22.
An error is getting thrown upon login into the CSHC 7.22.
Error Messages
2017-03-29 15:49:23,869 [ WebContainer : 1] [ STANDARD] [ ] [ PegaRULES:07.10] (mgmt.base.RequestorPassivation) ERROR | - Unable to reset requestor; terminating.
com.pega.pegarules.pub.context.InvalidApplicationReferenceException: No such Rule-Application instance: PegaX125010:07.22
Steps to Reproduce
1. Install Pega 7.2.2 and then frameworks like HCIF 7.23, CRM 7.22 and CSHC 7.22 in the same order.
2. Try login into CSHC 7.22.
3. Observe an error.
Root Cause
A defect or configuration issue in the operating environment: CSHC 7.22 is not compatible with HCIF 7.23.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
1. Install Pega 7.2.2.
2. Install HCIF 7.22 instead of 7.23.
