Unable to on-board customer and product concurrently



You are not able to create a product flow because the App Individual Prospect case cannot be completed. See specific reproduction steps below.

Steps to Reproduce

1. A new Onboarding (OB) case is created when Doc Control sends request to Pega.
2. After clicking Get Next Case the OB case is presented.
3. Search for customer, however nothing is found.
4. Select Other actions >App Individual Prospect.
5. API- case is started and presented to the user. However you cannot complete the required fields due to missing/unreadable fields on the form.

Root Cause

The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules.


This issue is resolved by hotfix item HFix-22793
