Unable to browse and attach files when Accessibility mode is on

Summary
Unable to browse and attach files by clicking Enter when the focus is on the Browse button. This occurs on the Internet Explorer browser when the Accessibility mode is on.

Steps to Reproduce
- Run a sample case
- Click + to attach a new option
- Select a file from the device
- Navigate to Browse option using the Tab key
- Click Enter. Pop up with an option to attach file does not display
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules. Action was not set on click of Enter button in pzMultifilepath.
Resolution
Apply HFix-49097.
