Unable to Build Model - Class <blank> does not exist



Error occurs when using the Web Chatbot interface to perform the Build Model action from the Preview Console.

Error Messages

1. Model CCC ChatBOT: NLPRuleSaveAsFailedSave failed - Class <blank> does not exist
Trying to save an invalid page: page is not valid

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open the Web Chatbot.
  2. Define a topic with Show analysis.
  3. Build a Model.

Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.


Perform the following local-change:

Update the model from the Pega Prediction Studio after providing feedback from the Training Data tab, and adding it to the model.

This feature is implemented in the following:
  • Pega Platform 8.2.6
  • Pega Platform 8.3.2
  • Pega Platform 8.4
