Unable to Cancel from Column population jobs

Unable to cancel Job ID with status In- Progress or new from Column Population wizard.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Follow steps as per this link:

2. On clicking Cancel, OK button to confirm is not appearing but screen refreshes and Job ID is still present with In- Progress status.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
"pzCancelOptimizationJob" navigation rule XML corrupted so the data-click not getting generated for anchor element.
Resolution
Apply HFix-30633.
