Steps to Reproduce

  1. Log in to the application
  2. Create a decimal property from the application end. However, Database level varchar(32) type is created
  3. Attempt to change the column type to decimal from the pegadata.PR_DM_PROPOSITION table


Root Cause



A mismatch was present between the property type and the column type in the database table.


Resolution

Perform the following local-change: 

Change the column type in the database from varchar to numeric.
