Unable to change the validate rule in advanced tab of property

Summary
When the user is trying to change the existing validate rule in advanced tab of an property. The changed validate rule is not getting picked up. Instead of that already existing validate rule is only getting picked up.

Steps to Reproduce
1.Give a validate rule for a property in the advanced tab.
2.Save the property and checkin the code.(The version is to be locked)
3. save as that rule to a new version.
4.Change validate rule to different one in the advance tab
5.After changing the validate rule also previously existing validate rule is only picked up
Root Cause
The property reference has not got updated in the HTML section. It still referring to the old version of property rule.
Resolution
Performe a revalidate and save of that particular Section to resolve the issue.
