Unable to configure gadget using gadget manager

Summary
The user is unable to configure a gadget using gadget manager. JavaScript errors are received and the returned screen appears distorted.
Error Messages
The screen does not load on gadget manager for gadget configuration.
a. SCRIPT5007: Unable to get property 'd' of undefined or null reference
b. SCRIPT1002: Syntax error
Steps to Reproduce
Try to setup a gadget via Gadget manager.
Or
Try to open a portal webpage which reference a PRPC gadget
Root Cause
A third-party product issue.
It was found the JSESSIONID cookie was missing from all requests from the client.
Resolution
Cookies were not enabled on the application server. The application server administrator enabled cookies to resolve this issue.
