Unable to create new Care Template in CMF 7.11.

Error Messages

There is no error messages.

Steps to Reproduce

log into CMF 7.11 as [email protected] (pw: install)
Follow instructions for 'Creating Care Plan Templates' (beginning on p.63) in 'CMF_Managing_Care_Templates_V7.11_lck.pdf' to create a new Care Template.
When finishes, log out of system, then log back in.
The newly created Care Template is not available in the list of Care Templates.

Root Cause

The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules.


This issue is resolved through the following local change:
Uncheck ‘Rule resolution’ and enable ‘Filter By application context’ for the Rule Names: Rule-PegaCare-Alert • Alert List and Rule-PegaCare-CarePlan • CarePlanList.
