1. Enable security tracking for Operator Id class ( PDN article to enable security tracking. https://pdn.pega.com/sites/default/files/help_v72/procomhelpmain.htm#howto/howto2/enablesecurityaudit.htm).
2. Open SFA for Sales Ops portal.
3. Go to Operators link.
4. Update the any Out-of-the-box (OOTB) operator or any migrated operator and try to save it. While saving user is getting the error.

Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.

The issue is coming because we are trying to move a page(which is not a special java page) to the primary page(which is special java page), While moving the page the current code checks for pxObjClass(as a special java property) in the page being moved.

But here pxObjClass is there as a normal java property(not as a special java property).

Since it does not find pxObjClass as a special java property it tries to set it. However while setting it finds pxObjClass as normal property and then it complains.

Resolution

Apply HFix-27789.
