Unable to create pyReportEditorProperties DT

Summary
User would like to create pyReportEditorProperties Data table (DT) in order to customize the Data Explorer results in Report Editor but getting the error while creation.
Creating the DT pyReportEditorProperties as per the below PDN article:

Error Messages
The rule name pyReportEditorProperties is a reserved name (starts with px, py, or pz) and is not created in a "Pega-" ruleset
Steps to Reproduce
Create pyReportEditorProperties DT in a particular Data or Work class.
Root Cause
@baseclass version of pyReportEditorProperties is missing in Pega 7.1.8 version, which is being checked on rule creation.
Resolution
Apply HFix-35011.
