Summary



Unable to create a segment in the Pega Marketing application.

Error Messages



No ruleset versions available

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Click Create in the Segment tab in the Pega Marketing portal.
  2. Enter the necessary details.
  3. Selecting the ruleset. The 'No ruleset versions are available' error displays.


Root Cause



The correct operator access group and Ruleset were not mapped to the Pega Marketing application.


Resolution



Perform the following local-change:
  1. Update the operator access group to refer to the out-of-the-box PegaMarketing:MarketingAdmins access group.
  2. Map the Context Dictionary to PegaNBAM-Artifacts RuleSet.
To configure the custom class, follow the 'Complete your Setup' Step by Step guide available on Pega Marketing portal's Welcome screen.
