Unable to delete rows in a repeat grid.

Summary
User unable to delete rows in a repeat grid.
To reproduce:
1) Adds a row in repeat Grid.
2) Saves the work object, using FinishAssignment. Uses Submit button configuration of pyActionArea.
3) Re-Opens the WO. Try to delete nothing happens. No JS Error. Nothing got traced.
If a new row is added, then delete functionality will work.
Error Messages
Delete Button is not responding in the screen.
Steps to Reproduce
1.Add a Row (Only one)in repeat grid.
2.Save the data.
3.Reopen the item.
4.Delete the record ---->But not able to Delete the record.
This problem is happening if the repeat grid contains only one row.
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules.
Delete action event was cancelled due to some checks which were added previous hFix. Removed that check is resolving the issue
Resolution
This issue is resolved by hotfix item HFix-20794
