Unable to delete rule with declare index

You have recently upgraded to PRPC 7.1.7 and you are unable to delete a rule with a linked declare index. You were able to do this before the upgrade.

Error Messages

On screen:
Error: ** Delete failed due to an exception - run Tracer for more details

In tracer:
The property pyWorkPage.pyRulePage.FormData.SecondaryJurisdictions was of mode Page List while was expecting Page mode. Details: (none)

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a declare index for a property
  2. Try to delete that property

Root Cause

The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules.  The
pzValidatePageContextClass activity was generating the validation error.

This issue is resolved by hotfix item HFix-20365.
