Unable to delete the corresponding schedule tasks while deleting the reports from the Report browser.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a short cut for a report
- Schedule the report for sending email
- Delete the short cut from the Report browser
- Navigate to Designer Studio > Reporting > Components > Schedule Tasks. The corresponding task still exists while attempting to send the email
Root Cause
The report short cut is deleted from the Report browser in the Users access group. However, the Users access group does not have permission to delete the Pega-ScheduleTask-Reporting class instances.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:Provide the delete access permissions on the Pega-ScheduleTask-Reporting class to Users access group.
