Unable to Delete the User from Schedule Reporting.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a report 
  2. Schedule the report from the Report browser by adding more than two users
  3. Navigate to Reporting > Components > Scheduled Tasks > click Run for the scheduled Report. An email is sent with the report
  4. Navigate to Reporting > Components > Scheduled Tasks > Click the report link and update the report
  5. Click Delete the existing user and add a new one

Root Cause



A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules. 
Console error displays on the user side because the Grids variable is undefined.



Resolution



Apply HFix-49968.
