Unable to download Excel import template for user stories

Summary
When trying to download the Excel import template for importing user stories into the backlog in PMF users see the message 'The Operation completed successfully, but returned no content'. The Excel template does not open/download.

Steps to Reproduce
Step 1 - Access a Backlog in PMF and 'Import Stories from Excel' from the 'Add' menu
Step 2 - Click 'Download Template' button from the 'Import User Stories' dialog
Step 3 - Get the message 'The Operation completed successfully, but returned no content' however no Excel file is downloaded
Root Cause
There is a known conflict with the serializer JAR in JBOSS which prevents downloading the XLS import user stories template.
Resolution
This issue is resolved in Maintenance Level (ML) release PRPC 7.1.7.
