Summary
User is unable to drag and drop assignments from one work basket to other.

Steps to Reproduce
From end user portal, try to move the work object into another workbasket.
Root Cause
The issue is arising because of using pyLabel in pyWorkBasketDetail, using pyCMDashboardDrag in place of pyLabel solved the issue.
However WorkQueue and the Operator Queue areas of the portal should refresh post drop of an assignment, to fix that issue updated control pyCMWorkDraggable.
Resolution
Apply HFix-30693 to solve the issue.
