Unable to Edit and Rerun campaign upon Reopen

Summary
When re-opening a completed Pega Marketing campaign, there is no option to rerun the campaign despite options to edit the wrap-up details and then wrap-up the campaign again.

Steps to Reproduce
- Open a Pega Marketing Campaign.
- Click the Reopen button.
- Now review the actions available.
Root Cause
This issue was determined to be a product enhancement request.
Resolution
An enhancement request, FDBK-17983, has been created for consideration by Pega Product Management.
