Unable to edit Datatables in excel in PRPC

Summary
Duplicate rows are added during the excel edit of the rows of a datatable.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Create a datatable
2. Try to modify/edit in excel.
Root Cause
There is no primary key in the database table
Resolution
User has to add a Primary key to the table
