Unable to enable mandatory option for attachments

Summary
The pxAttachContent control is used to attach files in a flow. Unable to enable the mandatory option for attachments as required. However, the case proceeds without the attachment. Attaching the file must be mandatory. The case must proceed only with the attachment.

- Create a case
- Use the pxAttachContent control in one of the flows. Make the control mandatory
Root Cause
Advanced control is not used by the user.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Use the Attachment Field advanced attachment feature with the mandatory/optional/Read-Only option.
