Exception: ** ** There was a problem getting a list: code: 29532 SQLState: 99999 Message: ORA-29532: Java call terminated by uncaught Java exception: java.lang.NullPointerException

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Report definition rule, add few class joins in the report definition rule under ‘Data Access’ tab.

2. Add few properties under ‘Columns to Include’ in ‘Design’ tab. Refer few properties in this list from the joined classes.
3. Save and run the report.

Root Cause

One of the property used in the ‘Columns to Include’ is referred from the joined class. As this property is not exposed for reporting, reported issue occurred.

Resolution

It is recommended to use only exposed properties in the ‘Columns to Include’, when they are referred from joined classes. Suggested user to expose the properties referred
in the ‘Columns to Include’ from joined class.
