Unable to expose property as AddWorkHistory is final

Summary
Developers need to expose a new property/column in the work history table. This is not currently possible because the AddWorkHistory rule is final.

Steps to Reproduce
Attempt to expose a new property/column for the work object history table.
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules.
Resolution
This issue is resolved by hotfix Hfix-10323
