Steps to Reproduce
- Log in to the application
- Use a free form layout
- Using Tab, attempt to highlight the expandable layout headers
Root Cause
A backwards compatibility defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
User has migrated from PRPC 6.3 to Pega 7.3.1. However, many screens still uses the old free form layouts.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:- Change the free form layouts to the latest dynamic layout formats with expandable type
- Apply the following Cascading Style Sheet (CSS) in UserWorkForm:
