Unable to generate application document with screenshots

Summary



Unable to generate an application document with screenshots of the application.
Error occurs when using the Pega functionality to generate application documents from Open Overview.


Error Messages



The Server is not responding. Please try again and contact your system administrator if the problem persist

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Log in to the application.
  2. Navigate to Application > Open Overview.
  3. Navigate to Action > Document Application > Application Document.
  4. In Application Document, navigate to Definition.
  5. Click Customize
  6. Select all the fields in the Document Section and Case Type Assets tabs.
  7. Click Submit.
  8. Navigate to Screenshots tab > Capture Screenshots section.
  9. Click  the Capture all button.


Root Cause



In the trustStore, host name ID did not match with the ID in the server's certificate.


Resolution



Perform the following local-change:
  1. Modify the certificate with a new host ID.
  2. Reimport the the certificat to the trustStore.
