Unable to iconSearch image on screen



When you run a report (summary view), it is prompting to select a default value. At this point you are unable to view the Search icon present on the screen.

Error Messages

Not Applicable

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open report portal
2. Select SLA reports category
3. Select SLA By Age report.

Root Cause

The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules. Style of search icons are missed in the DOM. It is an upgrade issue, styles of search icon are not upgraded correctly.


This issue is resolved through the following Local-change:

1. Open the rule query_wizard.css
2. Do a Save As of the rule into your application rule set
3. Add the below code snippet at the end of the file and save the rule.
4. Clear the browser cache.
