Unable to import RAP in a new Production environment

Summary
An error occurs when importing a Rule-Admin-Product (RAP) in a new Production environment.
Error Messages
The Flow Action post-processing activity pxSetShowAllSteps failed:java.lang.NullPointerException
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a new Production Pega 7.2.2 environment
- Use an MS SQL database
- Use RAP from the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) or System Integration Testing (SIT) environment
- Start importing the RAP
Root Cause
Create Table privelege on schema is not available.
Resolution
Provide the correct priveleges to import the RAP.
