Unable to index work objects



The re-indexing of work- classes process starts successfully. However, indexing is incomplete.

Error Messages

Steps to Reproduce

Click the Re-Index button next to Work, Data or Rules on the Search settings screen.

Root Cause

A defect or configuration issue in the operating environment. argument was missing from the Command Line.


Make the following change to the operating environment:
  1. Stop all the nodes (2).
  2. Add the argument
  3. Restart the nodes.
