Root Cause

A one way SSL and weblogic server application were using the load balancer. The certificate was present for both the server and load balancer. The user replaced only the server level certificate. After the load balancer certificate was changed, the issue persisted because the certificate did not contain the private key. Therefore, the correct certificate which contained the private key must be downloaded and uploaded for the server and the load balancer.


Perform the following local-change.
  1. Download the correct certificate which contains the private key.
  2. Upload the certificate for both the server and the load balancer.
