  1. Log in to the application
  2. Open a page using an attachment
  3. Interrogate controls on the page


Root Cause



This is as per Pega Product design.


Resolution

Here is the explanation for the reported behavior:

The user has registry entry for TabProcGrowth which is not supported by Robotic Automation Studio.
