Unable to launch any brokerage service cases



User is unable to launch any brokerage service cases in Pega Customer Service for Financial Services version 7.1.4. No action is performed when attempting to launch with the New button.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Login to the system.
  2. Search for a brokerage customer.
  3. Select brokerage account > Click on New Button > No action is triggered

Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
