Unable to load the dashboard while switching between application portals.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create two applications, Application1 and Application2.
- Add or remove widgets to create separate dashboards for the applications.
- Create access groups for both the applications.
- Create an operator and assign both the access groups to this operator.
- Log in to the application. The initial dashboard displays.
- Switch to the other application. The dashboard is blank.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
When an operator has access to multiple application's dashboards, the operator can switch between the applications; however, the personalized (application specific) dashboard is not updated.
Resolution
Apply the following hotfixes:
