Unable to load WSDL using Connector and Metadata Accelerator

Summary



Error when trying to load WSDL using the Connector and Metadata Accelerator.


Error Messages



"Could not load WSDL document content: Connection timed out"

Steps to Reproduce



Import the WSDL, that has dependencies, using the Connector and Metadata Accelerator.



Root Cause



The Local File Name option in the Connector and Metadata Accelerator wizard cannot be used to load WSDL documents with dependencies.



Resolution



Deploy the WSDL and all dependencies on an application server (for example, Tomcat) then use the Document URL option in the Connector and Metadata Accelerator.
