Unable to locate App Studio Settings for NBA Advisor

Summary
The Next Best Action Advisor (NBAA) implementation guide includes configuring the Advisor application settings from the App Studio. The autogenerated access groups, NBAADevelopers and NBAAUsers, do not have pxExpress portal configured in the Access group settings. User is unable to launch the App Studio and access the App Studio Settings.
