Unable to log in to the Stage environment through SAML.

Error Messages

Failed to retrieve Rule-Service-Rest instance WebSSO.SAML.17e12f3c-9e11-402d-acfc-b5ff8386a652 using access group PRPC:Unauthenticated

Steps to Reproduce

Log in to the application in the Stage environment using the single sign-on (SSO) URL.

Root Cause

A defect or configuration issue in the operating environment. Initially, the SP metadata pointed to the Production environment. Hence, even if the user uses the SSO URL and log in, Identity Provider (IDP) redirected the user to the Production environment.


Perform the following local-change:

Verify the PartnerID in the the IDP admin console and ensure that the entity ID and PartnerID matches.
