Unable to log off from user portal.

Summary
We are using the OOTB provided "pyCaseMgrOperatorMenu" navigation rule. This menu contains two items Preferences and LogOut. Clicking on log out was not performing log out operation.
Error Messages
Did not get any error message only functionality was not working.
Steps to Reproduce
1) Open the URL http://vnbamrelease01:8080/prweb/PRServlet
2) Use the Credentials NBAAUser/rules to launch NBAA Portal.
3) From the Top Panel, Clicking on operator launches the Menu with Preferences and log out link.
4) Clicking on the link does not log off the user from the portal.(Does not perform any action).
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is defect/misconfiguration in the PRPC operating environment.
Navigation rule PYCASEMGROPERATORMENU has a logout item which was using an old script. This has been replaced with the new OOTB logoff action.
Resolution
This issue is resolved by hotfix item HFix-20123
