Unable to make the repeating grid section scrollable in IE

Summary
User has configured a repeat grid with fixed size(height,width) as below. This configuration is not considered in user portals and the scroll bar are not coming in IE.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Include a section with repeating grid.
2. In presentation, select pixels(Fixed) for repeating grid
3. Check Fixed(pixel) size grid check box and specify width and height parameters
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is defect/misconfiguration in the operating environment. Style is not picked by the IE browser.
Resolution
This issue is resolved through the following local change:
