Unable to navigate from one field to another using the Tab key in the Operator form.

Steps to Reproduce
- Include a section with a parent dynamic layout as inline-grid double.
- Inside this include four Stacked dynamic layouts with fields.
- After accessing the last field in the dynamic layout1, on press of tab key the focus should go to the field in dynamic layout 3 which is just beneath it.
Root Cause
There are a few dynamic and grid layouts in between the user's source and target fields.
Resolution
When tabbing through fields, the focus shifts to the grid header, grid row, and then to the row's first editable field.
Configure the 'Tab event' with 'Set Focus' action on the required element.
