Unable to navigate using pagination on the grid

Summary
User is unable to use pagination on the grid infact user was not seing "move to first page arrow icon" in Paginator section.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Configure a repeating grid.
2. Enable pagination option in the grid properties.
3. Include pyGridPaginator section in the action top of grid.
Root Cause
A software use or operation error.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Showcase the usecase in UI gallery and save pyGridPaginator section to thier ruleset@baseclass and use in the grid, to resolve the reported behavior.
