Unable to open application post upgrade
Post upgrade to Pega 7.1.8, unable to open the application using the operator profiles that were present before the upgrade.
Steps to ReproduceRun the Upgrade Existing Applications wizard while upgrading to PRPC 5.4 to Pega 7.1.8.
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules. The data only upgrade step where the Update Existing Applications wizard is run does not perform a step that processes all operator records when upgrading from versions prior to PRPC 5.5. SP1.
ResolutionPerform the following local-change:
Run the Update Existing Applications wizard from the Developer Portal using an out of the box operator.
